Questions about plans

What counts as an AI credit?

1 credit = 1 text message to the AI mechanic. 5 credits = 1 message with a photo. Basic and Pro credits reset to the plan's allowance each month. A new free account gets 10 credits once, which do not renew.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Pro has 2,000 AI credits a month instead of 200, keeps up to 100 vehicles in My Garage instead of 2, and gets priority email support. Everything else is the same.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. Choose the higher plan on this page and pay for it on Stripe. When the payment goes through, the new plan starts right away and your previous plan ends immediately; its remaining time is not refunded.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Cancel anytime from your profile page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. To move to a cheaper plan, cancel first and choose the new plan once your current period ends.

What happens to My Garage if my plan changes?

Your vehicles, chats, reminders and service log stay. If your plan ends, you can still view and delete them, but not add new ones. If you move from Pro to Basic, you keep every vehicle but cannot add more than 2.

Do credits roll over?

No, unused credits do not carry over to the next month. The 10 free credits for a new account are one-time and do not renew.

What payment methods?

All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

How does Enterprise work?

Send us a quote request with your company and use case. We reply by email with a custom credit package and price.
